The experiences, circumstances and situations in our lives come from our consciousness, so when we’re not paying attention to our thoughts, that’s when circumstances that we don’t want appear in our lives. Worrying is cancer of the mind. The more we focus our attention on what we don’t want by thinking and worrying, we create that very thing. We need to move beyond worrying and fill our mind with those things we do want. We can’t completely rid ourselves of worry, but when we get worried we can stop and change our thought again and again. Learn to be clear and focused on the outcome we desire, wrap it in love, fill it with joy and let it go. (3/19/2017)
