Barbara Waterhouse continues to guide us through the process of shifting consciousness. Focusing on what we are grateful for is a way of looking at life that attracts more of what we want into our lives. The next step? Be grateful for everything. Practice living in gratitude no matter what’s going on. Move into that idea that says there is a blessing in everything. We have the ability to be grateful for everything because our sense of gratitude lies within ourselves. (11/9/14)
