John Waterhouse converses with us about the experience of gratitude and how to keep thanksgiving alive in our lives. He cites academic studies which conclude that an attitude of gratitude leads to a freer, lighter and easier life.  As a stress-buster and an immune-booster, gratitude is a great coping mechanism that empowers us.
